Our facility is a safe, secure, space with access to 2 shared spaces our front lounge and back lounge. The back lounge houses a kitchenette stocked with drinks, coffee and snacks. The rehearsal space is 13.5x11 and 147 square feet and includes a drum set (with quiet cymbals), bass amp, small pa, and 2 mics with stands all set up and ready to go.

Do I need to book in advance, or can I walk in?
You must book in advance through our system to use our facility.
What are your hours of operation?
We offer access to our rehearsal room 24 hours when space is available.
Is the rehearsal room soundproof?
Our space is treated for sound quality but not necessarily to keep sound in. Our facility is made to have a space to work our your parts as a band not to set up their sound system or test their system. When rehearsing late at night keep in mind our facility is fairly close to homes.
How much does it cost to rent the rehearsal space?
Our space rents in 3 hour blocks for $90.00.
Are there discounts for long-term bookings or repeat customers?
Yes we offer monthly subscriptions for bands who want to rent block space each week and pay by the month. We do not offer monthly full time rentals.
What is your cancellation policy?
We do not offer cancellations. If there is an emergency or a good reason one of our clients has to miss a rehearsal we will do our best to reschedule that booking.
What is your payment policy?
We get upfront payment for any rehearsals booked at our facility.
Are there storage options for instruments between sessions?
We do not offer any storage space for our facility as of yet. All gear must be loaded in and out before and after your rehearsal. We give our clients a 15 minute early access for load in and load out.
How big are the rehearsal rooms?
Our rehearsal space is 147 square feet. It is 13.5x11. Realistically it fits a 4 piece band very easily and a 5 piece a little tight but comfortable. If you need a larger space please reach out our large studio a space is available on a limited monthly basis. Call or text (817) 497-8885
Do you have Wi-Fi?
Yes when you schedule and pay for your booking you will get the Wifi Login.
Are there food or drinks allowed inside?
Yes. The rehearsal space is connected to the lounge with the kitchen and bar space. Food can be kept there and used in the rehearsal space. All trash, spills, and messes must be cleaned up by the end of the booked time.
Do you allow smoking, alcohol, or pets?
Smoking, vaping, and the use of illegal drugs are strictly prohibited anywhere in SG Studios facility. Alcohol may be consumed in the facility as long as all parties are of age. No underage drinking will be tolerated. We do not allow pets in the the facility due to others allergies. If you have a service pet please reach out to us.
